You have a story worth telling. The problem is that when you're busy running a business, caring for patients, leading a team, raising a family, or somehow doing all of the above, marketing often becomes one more thing competing for your attention. That's where I come in.

I help women-owned businesses and physicians grow their visibility through PR, social media, SEO, newsletters, websites, and digital strategy. But at the heart of everything I do is storytelling. Because the most effective marketing isn't about chasing trends or posting more content. It's about helping you communicate who you are, what you do, and why it matters in a way that feels clear, compelling, and authentic.

My background is in journalism. I graduated from The University of Alabama Honors College in three years with a journalism degree, attended the Columbia Publishing Course in Oxford, worked for small-town newspapers, and eventually made my way to New York City, where I worked for several entertainment magazines. Storytelling has always been at the center of my career.

My business wasn't built because I wanted another marketing agency. It was built because I saw how many talented women were trying to build incredible businesses while also maintaining a life outside of work. If you've ever worried about missing your child's school event because of work, felt stretched too thin by the demands of your business, or wondered how you're supposed to market yourself when your plate is already overflowing, you're not alone. I understand that tension between ambition and balance, and it's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping women grow businesses that support the life they want, not consume it.

My goal isn't just to get you more visibility. It's to help you build a brand you're proud of. One that attracts the right opportunities, connects with the right audience, and reflects who you truly are.

My Values

Relationships matter.

The best work comes from trust, collaboration, and long-term partnerships, not transactional agency dynamics. I care deeply about my clients. Your success is an extension of my success. Family matters, too. Because when you leave the office, you shouldn't be thinking about content calendars, you should be thinking about your kids.

Good work takes time.

Medicine moves fast. Marketing strategy shouldn’t. The strongest brands aren’t built from rushed decisions or trend-chasing. They’re built from clarity, consistency, and a deep understanding of the people you’re trying to reach. I take the time to learn your practice, your patients, your goals, and your voice before I ever write a caption, pitch a story, or build a campaign. Thoughtful strategy creates lasting momentum.

Good storytelling wins.

Storytelling has been the foundation for my career. People connect with people, not polished corporate language. The brands that stand out are the ones that feel human, approachable, and real. Whether it’s a social post, a media feature, or a full campaign, the goal is always the same: create messaging that people remember and trust. Clarity, personality, and honesty will always outperform noise.

Work that actually moves the needle.

Vanity metrics are cute (and fun!). I care more about results that create real growth, real opportunities, and real momentum for your business or brand. That means attracting the right audience, building credibility, strengthening visibility, and creating marketing that supports actual business goals, not just likes and impressions. Every strategy should have a purpose behind it.

Your brand deserves more than outsourced busy work.

There’s a clear difference between hiring someone to churn out content and hiring someone who understands strategy, brand voice, positioning, and the bigger picture. Cheap content doesn’t build brands. It just adds to the noise. Virtual assistants can absolutely help manage tasks and keep things organized, but they can’t read the room, shape perception, or create messaging that actually resonates. That takes experience, instinct, and strategy. After 16 years in marketing and PR, that’s the value I bring to the table: not just content, but communication with purpose.

Good marketing is an investment.

Strong strategy, thoughtful execution, and consistent visibility take experience, skill, and time. You’re not simply paying for deliverables. You’re investing in expertise, perspective, and someone who understands how to position your brand in a way that actually connects with people. Effective marketing should support your long-term growth, strengthen your reputation, and create opportunities that continue paying off long after a campaign ends.
